In today’s episode, I interview Karthik Iyappan Gunasekaran. He is the VP/Head of Product Innovation at Kaplan Test Prep. He has over 10 years of experience in leveraging technology and making a positive impact in the world. He also has a Masters in Artificial Intelligence.

Here’s the breakdown for today:

(9:10) Business tactic on “Constantly push yourself. Get out of your comfort zone, keep learning and implement those new learnings in new areas.”

(17:55) Moment of Gratitude = Karthik is particularly grateful for when his Dad kicked him out of the house. At the age of 17, his Dad gave him enough wisdom to navigate his own life and to get out of his comfort zone. He learned that humans are the same anywhere so he embraced global citizenship, it gives him such a broad mind and helps him to function in a more altruistic manner and find his true passion.

We also talk about:

💪 Story of the impact he’s making today
